Following the Government’s strict ‘stay at home’ announcement, we would like to inform you that we have invoked our business continuity plan.

Therefore, our message to you as a valued customer is, it’s business as usual. Our entire company is now working remotely to maintain the service levels that you have come to expect from HTG:
- Office phones have been diverted to dedicated HTG team members working remotely who can assist you with your queries.
- All emails will be answered as normal by the HTG team.
- Each member of the HTG team is contactable on their mobile and via email.
- For technical support, the preferred method of contact is via email at firstname.lastname@example.org where our responsive team will ensure your request for help is immediately logged and progressed.
We are conscious that due to the current climate and these newly added restrictions, some companies may be struggling to work remotely.
