HTG Appoint New Director of Sales and Business Development

We are delighted to announce the appointment of a sales and business development director to strengthen our team as we build on a period of sustained growth.
Martin Shuter brings over 13 years previous experience in IT as a director of a specialist recruitment organisation and a prior position as a recruitment consultant, his role at HTG will be to develop strategies and plans to drive the firm’s growth and to engage with prospective customers.
Martin has previously worked as a Recruitment Consultant for Spring Technology, delivering IT specialists into Defence clients/Automotive clients and major enter prise accounts.
With expertise in the recruitment of technical experts, Martin has a deep understanding of the needs and challenges businesses face. Martin has experience recruiting into some of the world’s most well-known brands and the largest government departments enabling them to change rapidly and introducing them to new cutting-edge technology, aligning well with HTG’s values and messaging.
