Kevin founded Howell Technology Group (HTG), in June 2005 as Managing Director and recently moved into the role of Chief Technology Officer in 2018, a role which entails utilising his business knowledge and aligning technology-related decisions with the customer’s goals. He is also responsible for developing the company's technical strategy, research and development and evangelising new technologies.
Kevin is a pro-active member of: The Citrix User Group Community (CUGC), VMware User Group Community (VMUG) and The Amazon User Group. He is passionate about the technical community and an active speaker at various technology and business events around the globe.
He is one of a small number of people globally to be awarded the Citrix Technology Advocate and VMware vExpert status.
Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Graham joined Howell Technology Group (HTG) in December 2016 as CEO, a role which entails day to day management of HTG, as well as identifying, tracking and nurturing long term opportunities.
Graham is passionate about the IT sector and has spoken at many Northern Powerhouse events as well as Brexit discussions and the impacts on SME’s. He is also a member of the Advisory Board for Careers College North East and is regularly speaking to pupils, discussing ICT career opportunities within the sector.
Sarah has over fifteen years’ experience in the service industry and is the finance director here at HTG.
She brings a wealth of experience in accounting, financial planning and human resources. Sarah is your first point of contact for any accounting enquiries, and additionally can also help you with any general queries should you not be able to contact an account manager.
Director of Sales and Business Development
Martin is the Director of Sales and Business Development within HTG and his main role is to introduce new clients to HTG and nurture long and successful relationships for the business. Martin has worked in Sales for 13 years in the Technical IT recruitment industry and has been responsible for mapping and delivering multi million pound projects for end customers both from a technology and resourcing capacity. He brings a wealth of experience in gathering customer requirements managing stakeholders both internal and external and most importantly delivering for the customer.
Martin supports Graham and Kevin in identifying new opportunities and designing a solution fit for customer requirements as well as developing relationships with our current technology vendors.
